DR. T.V. RAO, Son of a Subedar Sri T. Narayana of Indain Army,
was fed with service orientation and brought up with Leadership
Qualities right from his childhood.
"Brought up" is the other significant aspect that determines the attitude of
the individual. Dr. Rao is lucky to be brought up as Guardian by his uncle
Sri B. Venkataiah a "Teacher" not only by profession but by instinct too.
Humble beginning in early period of life :
- Son of a Soldier,
- Ward of a Teacher,
- Brought up in rural background,
- Educated in normal ZP School,
Today,
- a Group - I Officer of A.P. State Govt.
- a State level Sports person and Sports organizer
- a National level Advisory Committee Member i.e.
- National Rehabilitation Co-ordination India.
- a proven Administrator and above all
- a well known Voluntary Social Worker.
All this is neither arranged by rich parents nor acquired by Don School Education. Dr. Rao is a self made man.
