The institute is functioning in the building complex (17,000 sft.) constructed in a specious 3 Acre land procured from Govt. of AP. About 15 individual classrooms, separate yoga and dance therapy hall, separate therapeutic departments such as Speech therapy, Physiotherapy, Early Intervention Room and Doctor’s Room are maintained. In addition, Dakshinya Institute has 8 separate rooms for Vocational Training Center.

Office block is maintained with 2 spacious rooms.

A separate block is provided for kitchen and residential staff quarters. . A dining hall is arranged separately to provide lunch for 200 members at a time.

Two separate blocks are maintained for residential purpose of boys & girls. In addition, a separate 10 bedded Respite Care Hostel is also being maintained in hygienic environment. All together 40 students are accommodated. Appropriate to the needs of handicapped adequate attached bathrooms are also provided. The entire hostel maintenance is organized by trained caretakers and qualified nurses to supervise and protect them round the clock.

A separate recreation hall is also maintained with television set and indoor game items. All the Children are accommodated in buildings equipped with necessary protections like railings and ramp structure for upstairs to create a barrier-free environment.

A 6 lane 200 meter running track, jumping pit, throwing ring in addition to Volleyball, Throwball and Netball play fields are provided inside the institute campus for regular practice of sports and games. Similarly a mini park is maintained in the campus.

Free transportation facility is provided to the children residing in different areas of Guntur by using one Mini Bus, One Jeep and Two Autos.

One Ambulance is also maintained for emergency purpose.
